In this episode we discuss what unforgiveness means and how it shows up in our daily lives. Unforgiveness is a covert sin because we come up with justifications that seem warranted such as past hurt, pain, suffering, etc. but at the end of the day, it is God's command for us to forgive. Unforgiveness has such a deep hold on us that it can even manifest itself in physical conditions due to the hurt and pain we are harboring. Unforgiveness is like driving poison and hoping the other person dies. 

Although unforgiveness is a covert sin that seems hard to overcome, we also discuss in this episode on practical ways for us to take unforgiveness captive and just forgive those who have hurt us even if they do not deserve it. No one is too far gone, even ourselves, so we need to forgive ourselves and others just like God has already forgiven us.
