The Rapture, Only the Good Go, Why Didn't it Come?

Devote worshipers throughout the world have been waiting on a moment when they would be taken up and miss the tribulations that would be poured upon the earth. This moment is known as the rapture. And the devote peoples that counted on this rapture neither prepare physically nor fear current events, because of course they will be saved from it all. But the narrative is very clear on this, and there is one main detail that outweighs all the rest: The Rapture happens before the time of tribulation. So why hasn't it happened? Surely no one can argue that the time of tribulation is not here. We have the virus, we have pestilence, war, fear, bigotry, mobs burning cities. The time of tribulation is well in. So why hasn't the even happened. I was supposed to happen in the beginning. Is it because the second requirement has not been met: only the good go? or is it something else?
