This week we sit down with Lauren DeLeary and Adam Budnick, two musicians who were in the Christian Music Industry for 10 years, toured internationally, fell in love & got married. Shortly after, they deconstructed their faith and started the "Deconstruct" podcast where they break down topics like purity culture, racism and the patriarchy while demystifying things like feminism, equality and love.

For them it was learning to step away from their evangelic church background that allowed them to lean into their innate spiritually, both as individuals and together.
