In Acts chapter 2, the first church grows from a small congregation of 120 to a megachurch of 3000 overnight! How did they handle that growth? How did they assimilate 3000 new believers? How did they stay balanced and healthy enough to continue to grow. The even bigger questions is how did they manage to grow close? They are a group of rag tag followers of Christ at the beginning of Acts 1. By the end of Acts 2 - only a few months later - they have become a community, a family of families. The early church had four devotions - four practices if you will - that they were totally committed to and from which everything they did flowed.
