Revealing Love
b'For John, loving one another is not merely a command to care for people. And it is not simply something Christians do in order to be \\u201cnice\\u201d to people. It is so much more. Christians love one another BECAUSE it is a part of who we are. Just as your eye color or type of nose or your stature or your face shape is a reflection of your mother and father, so too your love for one another is a reflection of your heavenly Father. Loving one another reveals the fact that we are children of God.\\nAnd so John continues by telling us what loving one another reveals. First, it reveals the truth in v. 19-20.
