Procrastination Part 2

You now are beginning to understand why you procrastinate, but it feels impossible to get out of this habit. You know deep down that you are afraid of failing.  Of not being able to complete the task. Not doing a “good enough” job. It’s keeping you from excelling.  It’s keeping you from getting to the next level in your work and your life. It’s impacting everything. Your finances, your self-confidence, and your relationships. Constantly on edge, feeling moody, and always working or thinking about work. You know if you could just get over this hump, it’s all going to work out. You tried blocking out your calendar.  You even color coded it. You're still just not sticking to it. The key is learning how to be intentional with your thinking and then putting it into aligned action.  Aligned action requires focus, clarity, and ease.
