Yup it’s that time of year.   The time of year when many of us set goals. Goals for the new year. But how often do you set your goals, only to bail on them by February 1. This year let’s do it differently. Let’s set one goal. Yes, just one. And, kill it. Knock it out of the park. Once you hit that goal, then you can move onto the next and the next. In today’s episode I am going to walk you step by step through how I set goals for myself and for my clients.
