In small towns in and around the United States and across the world, creatures lurking in the woods, sounds that can be heard at night, are all signs that something terrible is headed your way. These are what are known as \\u201charbingers of doom\\u201d \\u2013 and there are some horrifying events that have been linked to them over the years.
