We get into the make-up of Penllyn, the legacy of her own family, and the impact Jess\\u2019 older brother had on MY life. Jess is also a Deputy Sheriff in Alameda County in the Bay Area, and we discuss her path through the Police Department as a black woman, and her role as a Training Officer at the Academy.
