Rachel shared her story, her journey that led up to her passion as a therapist. We spoke about what inspired her to become a therapist, how she switched her career path from initially wanting to go into criminal defense law to becoming a therapist.

Rachel spoke about her experience as a therapist for the women in Rikers jail and how it reminded her that all people deserve compassion.
