b'This Sunday, I\'m back just in time for the annual State of The Church address. Each year, on the occasion of the Annual Meeting, I get the chance to evaluate where we are as a church, and then offer some vision for the coming year. God has been challenging our elders in some really specific ways. I\'m excited to tell you about it this week. You should also know that we\'re going to take a four week break from our series on the Gospel of John. The State of The Church address will also serve as an introductory message for a four-week series called "Commuter Church." This Sunday, we\'re going to flip open to Luke 9:18-24 and see just how God is specifically challenging Waukee Community Church. As always, I can\'t wait to see you all on Sunday! P.Dave'
