Fences

b"In our house, we have a series of child-safety gates. Most of the time, I use these gates to keep our little kids safe in the room with me. I want to keep them on MY side of the gate. But, once in a while, usually when I have a lot of work to do, I use the gate for a different reason. I want to keep those kids AWAY from me...In a different room. Our lives are a lot like that. We have fences we put up. They keep certain people in and certain people out. But God has a way of tearing down fences. This Sunday, we are diving into one of the most well-known chapters in all of the New Testament. Acts 9 recounts the story of the Apostle Paul (Saul) and his encounter with Jesus on the road to Damascus. And, we're going to see just how powerful he is when we allow him to do some fence rearranging in our lives."
