Raise The Praise

In our culture people turn to different things for energy, strength, stress relief, truth, and encouragement.\\xa0

For example many run to coffee for energy, protein and weight training for strength, a cardio workout for stress relief, the news, social media or the opinion of someone for truth, and maybe a comedy show or a good joke for encouragement and laughter. \\xa0

I have found that dressing up like this and staring at yourself in the mirror imitating Steve Urkle saying \\u201cdid I do that\\u201d\\u2026 Or looking in the mirror saying \\u201cI\\u2019m good enough I\\u2019m smart enough and dog gone it people like me\\u201d or imitating Kip off Napolean Dynamite will help with stress and give you some laughter\\u2026 dressing up like this and staring at yourself in the mirror\\u2026It really works\\u2026It\\u2019s a lot of fun\\u2026You should try it\\u2026

Another thing that keep\\u2019s me going and strengthens me is \\u201cPraising The Lord\\u201d.

God\\u2019s Word put\\u2019s a lot of emphasis on praising the Lord and the Benefits that come w/ being obedient to that command.\\xa0

When a man curses and uses profanity. He degrades God.\\xa0 But When a man praises God he exalts, Blesses the Lord.\\xa0

James 3:10 \\u2013 And so blessing and cursing come pouring out of the same mouth. Surely this is not right!! 11 \\u2013 Does a spring of water bubble out both fresh water and salt water? Can you pick olives from a fig tree or figs from a grapevine? No and you can\\u2019t draw fresh water from a salty pool. \\xa0

Matthew 7:20 \\u2013 Yes, just as you can identify a tree by its fruit, so you can identify people by their actions.

Matthew 12:33 - \\u201cA tree is identified by its fruit. If a tree is good, its fruit will be good. If a tree is bad, its fruit will be bad.

Do you know the opposite of profanity? It\\u2019s praise

Now we may cringe or get upset when we hear God\\u2019s Name taken in Vain\\u2026But how many times Do you take it in Praise?\\xa0

The word Worship is related to the word Worth?\\xa0 Our worship indicates how much Jesus is worth?\\xa0 So we can see how much something is worth to us by how we worship it. \\xa0

Man, how many of y\\u2019all got that Stimulus Package? AWWW YEAH!!!\\xa0 I told my wife Amber If I knew Ol\\u2019 Trump was going to drop $500 on each dependent we would\\u2019ve had bout 40 kids.\\xa0 What??? Now while our government gave us a Stimulus Package I want to share with you God\\u2019s Benefit Package. \\xa0 These benefits don\\u2019t come from a government but from God Almighty Himself. We often talk about the \\u201cbenefits package\\u201d when discussing jobs. If you do the work, you get the package. Here, we find undeserving people receiving the most important and most glorious benefits package ever! These benefits don\\u2019t come from earthly employer, but a heavenly Father.

My 1st point \\u201cThere\\u2019s a Raise that comes w/ Praise\\u201d. \\xa0 Every working man loves to hear these words from a Boss \\u2013I\\u2019m giving you a pay raise\\u2026Well here\\u2019s a Praise Raise\\u2026\\xa0 We have a reason to Raise a Praise.\\xa0
