You might have heard a distant cheer carried in the wind this past weekend. That was the fellas celebrating being done with Emmerich’s filmography. Yes, folks. The time has come. But before we sally forth from Emmerich’s domain, we must first give him a little somethin’ somethin’ for his time and ours. In this week’s episode, the fellas break down (no, not emotionally) what the Emmerich journey was like, what he means to the film landscape, and why he is an iconic auteur, regardless of how we feel about his films.....but then we also talk about how we fee about his films.
