For the past few years creators have been encouraged to post as often as possible on YouTube, claiming it helps grow channels faster and that people want to consume every day from someone. That may be true for some niches, but I think the era of "quantity" is coming to a close and being replaced with "quality." In this episode I share some of my own places for the "quality vs. quantity" debate as well as some strategic perspectives we should have as creators as we grow our channels to reach people and change their lives.
