There's a lot of things changing on YouTube lately. Everything from the YouTube Adpocalypse and the Adsense Drought to the restricted mode updates and algorithms. How we approach these changes and address them as creators makes a big difference in how our channels continue to grow and reach people.

In this episode, Mark Robertson and myself discuss many of the big changes on YouTube and how we, as YouTube creators, should appropriately respond to them. YouTube will always be changing. That doesn't make it a bad place for hosting our videos and communities -- it just means we have to take some things into our own hands and not rely on YouTube to always take care of us.
