Adblock and browser extensions like it block ads from appearing on sites across the Internet. Some consider this to be completely innocent while others say it's stealing, disrespectful, and harms the online ecosystem. Google is obviously not in favor of Adblock, so they've tried a few things to mitigate it's impact. Today we'll talk about one of the things they're trying that's not being implemented on YouTube yet, but maybe gives us an idea of something they're testing in determining it's effectiveness.
