Hank Green and Laura Chernikoff join us to discuss the newly created Internet Creators Guild, a new organization that is working to help creators succeed in what they do online.

If you're a YouTube creator who's making a full-time income from the value you deliver to your viewers, you're among a growing number of people who are moving into that category. It is growing every day, not just in YouTube world, but on the Internet in general. There's bloggers, podcasters, instagram stars, vine stars, and more.

Until recently, there hasn't really been an organization that represents these Internet creators and promotes their interests.

However, at VidCon this year Hank Green announced the Internet Creators Guild, a non-profit organization whose goal is to "increase the number of people in the world who can be creators."

So here to talk with us about what the Internet Creators Guild is and how it will serve creators is Hank Green, who's on the advisory board, and Laura Chernikoff, the executive director.
