Over time, some of your subscribers will become more passive and watch less and less of your videos. It's normal to have high sub counts and relatively low view counts as time goes on. Here's a few suggestions that can help mitigate that as much as possible, though, and it all has to do with how well we form a connection with the viewer through our videos.
