b'In August of 2016, an unidentified female baby was found off a road in Dupage County, IL.\\xa0 Now, 3 years later, authorities have indicted an unknown women\'s DNA profile, AKA Baby Hope\'s mother.\\xa0 Dupage County made national news with this decision. \\xa0
