Melanie Strickland, Stansted 15
Melanie Strickland spoke to Florri two days after a judge offered a verdict carrying a maximum life sentence to her and the others in the Stansted 15. In a moving interview, Melanie explains why she felt it was important to stop a deportation, what the consequences were for those on the flight and also goes into the judge’s procedure during the trial.
