This second disk sees us start at the beginning of your journey.\\xa0

For some deciding to start a journey is a snap decision. The way we look, what we see in the mirror, something someone has said, can all trigger a negative thought process that takes us down a path that no one really wants to go down. \\xa0Wether its a general dislike for yourself or full blown self hate. The only person that can change this is YOU.

The problem is for some of us we do not know where to start, \\xa0\\xa0

You could go back to weight watchers for the 4th time and try that again, which, lets be honest works a treat, until you go on summer vacation (or Holiday) and then those old habits creep back in and you never go back...\\xa0

\\n\\n

You could also try the fancy 30 day detox on the front cover of this months fashion magazine. But the money spent on all that food, (that you might not even like) \\xa0will be fine for the first 3 days and then you realise your hungry, and you will probably end up eating all that food in one sitting with a portion of fries and a side of beer.\\xa0

\\n\\n

This is where we come in. \\xa0We're going to share with you how we did it, and how we continue to do it .\\xa0This chapter is about you. \\xa0There are three parts to today's show;\\xa0

-Setting your first goal\\n-getting yourself started\\n-your first week of your journey.\\xa0
