b'Love is not just a four-letter word. Sometimes we want to hear someone say,\\n\\u201cI love you\\u201d and really mean it and show it.\\nMy dear husband doesn\\u2019t say \\u201cI love you\\u201d very often. When he does say it, I\\nknow he truly means it. More than anything, he shows me he loves me. He\\ndrives me to the doctor, or he fixes things for me. If I\\u2019m afraid or upset,\\nhe wraps me in his arms and holds me tight. I know my husband loves me.\\nJesus says He loves each and every one of us. His love is real, and He has\\nshown it.\\nJesus showed love by healing people who were sick. He searched for those\\nwho were lost and didn\\u2019t know God. He spoke God\\u2019s words, saying they too\\ncould be part of His eternal kingdom.\\nDoubters and cynics spoke unkind words to Jesus. There were haters who were\\nafraid He\\u2019d tell them they were doing the wrong things. But Jesus\\u2014being\\nGod\\u2014knew what was in their hearts. And He spoke the truth in love. If they\\nrefused to listen and hear, He still cared.\\nJesus proved God\\u2019s faithful and undying love for all of us when He died on\\nthe cross for us. He gave His life and rose from the dead to open the door\\nto God\\u2019s kingdom. That is true love. To lay down your life for other people\\nwho might not even receive it speaks of a love we do not understand (Romans\\n5:6-8; Ephesians 3:19). It\\u2019s a love we truly do not deserve, yet He offers\\nit.\\nAnd Jesus\\u2019s amazing love transforms us, making us more and more like Him.\\nAs the Holy Spirit works in us, we can act like Him so others can see how\\namazing His love is. \\u2022 Anna Gregory\\n\\u2022 Can you think of any ways God has shown you His love?
