b'It\\u2019s okay to not know what is to come.\\nIt\\u2019s alright to go into a new year or phase of life without plans or expectations.\\nMy expectations don\\u2019t always happen anyway. My plans aren\\u2019t always for the best.\\nBut when I look to Jesus, when I ask Him to guide my life, everything will turn out alright.\\nIt\\u2019s scary to not know what to expect in this life. It\\u2019s hard to just move forward without knowing what waits on the other side. It\\u2019s overwhelming to think about all that could happen, all that we need to do, or all that could go wrong.\\nBut no matter what happens, I know that Jesus will be with me. That is the greatest comfort in my life.\\nDid Peter know he would be imprisoned and even killed for his faith in Jesus? No, but God was with him through it all.\\nDid Esther know she would be taken into the king\\u2019s harem and made queen, or that God would call her to risk her life to save her people? No, but she was able to have courage with God\\u2019s help.\\nOur lives might not always be easy, and the future might not always be clear, but when we have faith in Jesus and trust Him, we can make it through anything that is to come. \\u2022 Bethany Acker\\n\\u2022 What are some of your plans, expectations, or fears for the future? \\n\\u2022 When we think about all the unknowns of what is to come, it\\u2019s not as frightening when we remember that God will still be with us when we get there.
