b'If you have ever watched a baby sleep in the arms of an adult, you might have an idea what peace looks like. If that baby starts to squirm, if they start to get uncomfortable, the one holding them adjusts their position\\u2014or the baby\\u2019s\\u2014 and the baby settles down again. Even when that child is screaming and fussing, the loving adult consoles the child until they can find deeper rest.\\nGod longs to hold us in this way. Isaiah 26:3 talks about God keeping us \\xe2\\u20ac\\u0153in perfect peace.\\xe2\\u20ac\\x9d We can have peace with God because Jesus came to die and be raised to life for us. Once we\\u2019ve put our trust in Jesus, we are held by someone who is bigger and stronger than we are. We are held by someone who cares about us and will make sure that we can have peace. We are held by someone who knows what we need.\\nWhen life gets crazy, sometimes we cannot imagine what it feels like to be at peace. We have so much going on and are so anxious that we cannot even consider relaxing, cannot even fathom believing that everything is going to work out. God holds us in those times.\\nWe can be at peace like a baby in the arms of someone who cares about them. We have a God who is holding us, and He is bigger and stronger than anything we will have to face.
