They had conducted a smear campaign against Kamelia’s mother prior to her abduction. No trace of Kamelia or her abductors has ever been found, but their actions suggest they may have left the United States. Kamelia is biracial (white/Hispanic), and has brown hair and brown eyes. If alive today, she would be 23 years old. Derek would be Helen Gruning would be 73 years old today. Getrude is likely dead.
