The truth is out there \u2014 but former President Barack Obama\u2019s lips are sealed.

The 44th commander-in-chief confirmed during a Monday interview with \u201cLate Show\u201d host Stephen Colbert that he sought classified information on extraterrestrials during his time in the Oval Office, but refused to divulge what he learned.

\u201cCertainly asked about it,\u201d said Obama when Colbert brought up UFOs during a wide-ranging interview to promote \u201cA Promised Land,\u201d Obama\u2019s new memoir.

\u201cAnd?\u201d pressed the late-night CBS funnyman.

\u201cCan\u2019t tell you,\u201d replied Obama, with an impish grin. \u201cSorry.\u201d

Colbert took that non-answer as all the confirmation he needed that we are not alone.

\u201cAll right, I\u2019ll take that as a \u2018yes,'\u201d he cracked. \u201cBecause if there were none, you\u2019d say there was none. You just played your hand. I thought you were a poker player. You just 100 percent showed your river card.\u201d

Obama, playing into the non-answer answer, did nothing to discourage Colbert\u2019s conclusion.

\u201cFeel free to think that,\u201d the former president said.

Replied Colbert, \u201cOh, I do.\u201d

In between chuckles, both men reflected on the idea that an alleged government cover-up of alien life was once regarded as the biggest conspiracy theory going.

\u201cIt used to be that UFOs and Roswell was the biggest conspiracy. And now that seems so tame, the idea that the government might have an alien spaceship,\u201d opined Obama.

Zinged Colbert, \u201cNow the biggest conspiracy is [that] people in Michigan vote.\u201d

The reports include an Oct. 16, 2019, email exchange between high-ranking military officials

Two classified reports from the Pentagon's task force used to "detect, analyze and catalog" UFOs have been leaked, both of which include photos of unidentified objects.

Defense news website TheDebrief.org has published the reports, including an Oct. 16, 2019, email exchange between former Vice Chief of Naval Operations Adm. Robert Burke and current Vice Chief of Staff for the Air Force Gen. Stephen Wilson. This exchange was obtained by a Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) request from The Debrief.

\u201cRecommend you take the brief I just received from our Director of Naval Intelligence VADM Matt Kohler, on Unidentified Aerial Phenomena (UAP),\u201d Burke told Wilson in the email. Burke added that "SECNAV will get the same brief tomorrow at 1000," likely referring to then-Secretary of the Navy Richard Spencer.

The leaked photo, taken off the East Coast of the U.S. by a "pilot\u2019s personal cell phone," was a part of the 2018 position report, one source told the news outlet. This report discussed what the unidentified silver \u201ccube-shaped\u201d object could be, with a list of possible explanations discussed, including the fact it could be \u201calien\u201d or \u201cnon-human\u201d technology.

UAP INTELLIGENCE POSITION REPORTS

Multiple sources confirmed for The Debrief that the UAPTF had issued two classified intelligence position reports, which one individual described as \u201cshocking.\u201d Details provided on these reports suggest both a greater degree of Pentagon involvement, and that the UAPTF\u2019s hunt for unidentified objects isn\u2019t confined only to aerial phenomena.

Two officials with the DoD and one from the U.S. Intelligence community were willing to provide details on the contents of the classified report. An additional three other U.S. Intelligence Officials and a federal law enforcement officer confirmed the report\u2019s existence but were only willing to provide comments on their distribution.

According to those willing to discuss the document, the report\u2019s most disconcerting aspect was one of the potential explanations for what UAP could represent. Sources say a \u201clist\u201d of possible prosaic explanations for these mysterious airborne encounters was provided. However, the report expressly stated that the potential for UAP to be \u201calien\u201d or \u201cnon-human\u201d technology was of legitimate consideration.

Regarding the overall theme of the recent report, officials who read it say the report primarily focused on \u201cUnidentified Submersible Phenomena,\u201d or unidentified \u201ctransmedium\u201d vehicles capable of operating both under water and in the air.

The three officials we spoke with said the report suggested the UAP Task Force appears to be concerned that the objects being termed as UAP may be originating from within the world\u2019s oceans. Strange as this may sound, the idea of \u201cUSOs\u201d or \u201cunidentified submersible objects\u201d is not something exclusive to the current UAPTF.

Trump was on the verge of revealing, but the aliens in the Galactic Federation are saying: Wait, let people calm down first. They don\u2019t want to start mass hysteria. They want to first make us sane and understanding.

They have been waiting for humanity to evolve and reach a stage where we will generally understand what space and spaceships are. There\u2019s an agreement between the US government and the aliens. They signed a contract with us to do experiments here. They, too, are researching and trying to understand the whole fabric of the universe, and they want us as helpers. There\u2019s an underground base in the depths of Mars, where their representatives are, and also our American astronauts.

If I had come up with what I\u2019m saying today five years ago, I would have been hospitalized. Wherever I\u2019ve gone with this in academia, they\u2019ve said: the man has lost his mind. Today they\u2019re already talking differently. I have nothing to lose. I\u2019ve received my degrees and awards, I am respected in universities abroad, where the trend is also changing.
