There\\u2019s a lot going on in the world right now and we\\u2019re all feeling different types of pressures.\\xa0 Each of us handle stress in different ways, and if we\\u2019re not careful, we can let our unhealthy behaviors take the lead. So, how do we work through seasons of stress to become the best, most helpful, most loving and compassionate expression of ourselves.\\xa0 I believe the Enneagram can help.\\xa0

It\\u2019s not a cure-all, but the Enneagram recognizes and takes into account the fluid nature of the personality, which is constantly adapting as circumstances change. There are times when your personality is in a healthy space, times when it\\u2019s in an average space, and times when it\\u2019s downright nuts. We all teeter on the continuum between healthy and unhealthy multiple times per day.\\xa0

But when we take the time to recognize our triggers and automatic reactions, we\\u2019re able to stop, pivot and intentionally change our response.\\xa0\\xa0
