Gutsy, vital, creative Jody Oberfelder is committed to a life of \\u2018becoming,\\u2019 recognizing that becoming older is also about learning to trust your voice and continue to advance. This New York-based choreographer, director and filmmaker \\u2013 leading Jody Oberfelder Projects (JOP) -- considers herself \\u2018mid-career\\u2019 at 68. She continues to challenge herself to create live performances that are inclusive and collective and that center each participant\\u2019s experience (check out her performances of Walking to Present in Brooklyn and Life Travelers on bridges in Munich, London and Philadelphia). She\\u2019s loved \\u2018making stuff up\\u2019 since childhood and continues to do so in public spaces and theaters around the world.
