Jesse joins the best “party” in the world to shed some light on how to build your “life’s resume.” Through Jesse’s ability to think BACKWARDS, he then was able to “write the end of the movie...but then you just have to write the script.” This seemed to work for Jesse Itzler since he first made a name for himself as a rapper on MTV in the 1990’s. Since then, Jesse went on to write the theme song for the New York Knicks, found Marquis Jets, own Zico Coconut Water, and even own the Atlanta Hawks. Although Jesse’s “life resume” is super impressive, Jesse is someone who “walks the walk.” He is a true giver and believes in the power of relationships, but he also believes that, at the end of the day, we all want the same thing: “we want to feel good!” In this episode, Jesse shares his insight on the importance of fitness, nutrition, and mindfulness as it relates to happiness and success. Even after living with David Goggins for a month and then living with monks, Jesse continues to crave new experiences.
