Well, by counting macros for weight loss, Elliott has lost enough stomach fat that he now needs to wear a belt. Join us as we sip some excellent tea, talk about navigating social eating, how to eat out for weight-loss, and getting back on track after Ryan destroys a restaurant.
Elliott lost some momentum a bit this week, but Ryan is down 4 pounds total.
Remember, Elliott is targeting sub 50 net grams of carbohydrates (total carbs - fiber) while staying under 2,400 calories on workout days.
Ryan is straight up counting calories, that’s it.
