Spirituality and leadership have some comparison but not all. 

This episode speaks about respecting others who are in leadership and holds a spiritual faith. Some organisations today dismiss spirituality from employees\' belief and this should not be. 

After listening to this episode, it is my hope that you find passion in serving all leaders- not looking at the spiritual aspect or culture. 

Furthermore, this episode also speaks about spiritual leaders respecting others who are not in faith because it becomes a conflict in the workplace and that is not what it should be.
