Turn On 032- Take breaks to stop self-sabotaging

Two weeks "off" leads to massively deep self awareness (if you look for it).. thank you self for digging in and eating your own words. Keep goin'. Dive deeply into your own practice of self discovery. Whatever that looks like. This definitely includes tending to all the scrapes and bruises from the emotions we shelter and how we nurture them. It's the accepting of all aspects of you. Don't hide. It's only you behind the mask. Fall in love with yourself daily. Every version of you. Even that one. Heck, die daily! Live full on. Turn on the aspects of the you you've been hiding! Call 'em out!! Call those suckers out!  Gracefully and patiently.. or not ;)
