Nice sells! A simple solution to attract more patient and retain them.

  1. One of the most underrated skills in business right now is being nice. Nice sells.
  2. What makes you most valuable is your ability to cooperate and connect with others.
  3. If you can handle people’s diversity — people of a different age, different personalities, or educational backgrounds, for example — and you can handle the conflict that comes with that, you will be the highest paid, most valuable employee in the company and your patients will appreciate it.
  4. People hate dealing with people who are jerks. It’s always easier to be nice than to be a jerk. Don’t be a jerk!
  5. Empathize with others. You never know what is going on in their life or even their day.
  6. Most people have a negative perception of the "doctor's office". Use that to your advantage and "kill them" with kindness.
