This is a short meditation to overcome feelings of insecurity, self doubt, jealousy, resentment, or depression by reconnecting to the source of unconditional love within you. You needn't turn out to any person or group of people for your security and fulfillment, though you can have and deserve to have acceptance in your life. Everything in your life starts with you. Begin by feeling the lovable core of who you are and learn to ask for what you want from others.
