This is a guided meditation to reprogram your mind for success in doing those healthy and helpful things you know you should be doing. This meditation\\xa0will support you in bringing ease and joy into self-discipline. Part of growing up is learning how to effectively parent ourselves. When we can be loving, patient, and forgiving with ourselves we can go farther than ever before. This meditation will help you stop the needless self-beat-up and step into self-discipline lovingly and joyfully. Listen to this meditation each time you would like to form a new habit or get yourself to do a task you know you should do but don\'t\\xa0want to. This meditation has three parts. First, we will learn about your mind and why we aren\'t always able to make ourselves do those things we need to do. Secondly, we will be creating a new subconscious\\xa0program around that thing you should be doing. And finally, your subconscious mind will be bathed in positive affirmations to encourage healthy, self-loving self-discipline with ease and joy.
