In this short guided meditation, we will reunite with the parts of ourselves we close off when we try to fit in and be accepted by others. This is an opportunity to feel more fully yourself and accept yourself in a new way. You are worthy and lovable as your full self and, now that you know, you can reunite with all of those abandoned parts of you and be the full whole you that you truly are.
