This is a short guided meditation to overcome self-sabotaging behavior so that you can move towards your goals and dreams with ease. Everything we do is for one reason or another. In this meditation, you will have the opportunity to confront the part of you that has been holding you back and find out what it\'s true intentions are. You will also have the opportunity to make a new choice by reassuring this deeper part of you and tapping into the inner wisdom that is always with you.
