Closing the Gap, North Korea, Hockey, Documentary Films, Cinematography, and Bo Burnham

Tuck and Ryan kick off year 2 with a bang by welcoming on our new pod-friend Devan Francis. Devan is a videographer and cinematographer currently working for Pink Bike. Before that Devan and the production team at Windowbox had an opportunity to make "Closing the Gap" a groundbreaking profile of the North Korean Men\'s hockey team as they prepare for and participate in a tournament in New Zealand. The guys discuss what North Korea is like, what it was like to make a film in such an different environment, and how the power of sport transcends natural boundaries. Devan was also kind enough to share what inspired him to get behind the camera, and what inspires him to continue to pursue his dreams.
