#12: Health Talk: More Plants, Less Meat, and Feeling Good

In this weeks conversation, we tackle the idea of losing weight, why diets aren't sustainable, our personal health choices, and how to inspire your own! Sure, losing the weight is always a positive. But what if it was about more? What if our diet wasn't about strict rules and calorie counting, but instead was about fueling ourselves from the inside out, eating foods that nourish and sustain us (while still tasting awesome), and feeling downright amazing, energized, and GOOD about what we eat? Ladies, it's time for a #truthbomb…Eating CAN be this way, and it happens when we make one simple dietary decision: to eat more plants.
