b'Pastor Shantae A. Charles, a native of Miami, Florida re-dedicated her life to the Lord in February 1996. She began ministry in 1996, accepted her call to Prophetic Evangelism, and was thrust supernaturally into open-air preaching on the campus of Florida State University while a student there. In May of 1998, Shantae delivered her first official sermon at age of 20 and was officially recognized as a minister in the International Church of God in Christ. In 2004, Shantae was ordained as an Evangelist Missionary by the International Church of God In Christ under the leadership of Superintendent Gerald Mandrell and Co-Pastor Judy Mandrell at Life Changers Church of God In Christ. Shantae has functioned in various ministry leadership positions, including Visual Arts, Dance, Praise & Worship, Evangelism, and Intercession. She also was the Director of Christian Education overseeing children and adults. She has served faithfully at Life Changers for 12 years until her move to Virginia in 2011.\\n\\n\\n\\t\\xa0\\n\\nPastor Shantae operates in the office of Prophet, Teacher, and Pastor. She also has a gift of administration and authored several books entitled \\u201cChurch Love\\u201d.
