\\nLauren Dickason and her husband Graham tried desperately for years to have children.\\xa0 The endured 17 rounds of IVF and were eventually blessed with three beautiful daughters \\u2013 Liane, and twins Maya and Karla.\\xa0 The South African couple were very successful in their careers \\u2013 Lauren was a doctor and Graham was a surgeon.

\\nIn 2021, they decided to move their young family to New Zealand in the hope of living a safe and peaceful life.

\\nThe family had only been in their new home for a few weeks, when Lauren seemingly snapped.\\xa0 One night in September 2021 when Graham was out with colleagues, Lauren told her three daughters that they were going to make necklaces.\\xa0 She tied cable ties around their necks, and when that did not work to kill them, she smothered them in their beds.

\\nLauren\\u2019s case has just gone to trial in New Zealand.\\xa0 \\xa0Right before this episode was released, she was found guilty of the murder of her three children.\\xa0 She is yet to be sentenced.
