In 1987-1988 the state of Delaware, specifically the New Castle area, was gripped in fear. A man was abducting women from Route 40 and torturing them before brutally killing them. It would take long hours of good police work and a consultation with the Behavioral Sciences Unit of the FBI but eventually justice was won for the families of the five victims.\\xa0
