She scours the San Pellegrino list of the World's 50 Best Restaurants and goes to work planning, often months in advance, the ultimate travel experience with food as the center piece.\\xa0 The attached San Pellegrino list is from 2019 as no list was created for 2020 due to the global pandemic.
