The Now is the only place to find solitude, peace, happiness and love. It seems almost impossible at times to find it and stay there. It takes practice, but it is achievable. The Holy Instant is the now. The Holy instant is the instant we realize and accept where we are. That the past and future are not where we are. The present, this very moment in our time, is the only place we are and the only place we have ever been.
