This episode focusses on guilt and its perceived power over us.\\xa0 If we want to find peace, we need to let go of the past and in doing so all the guilt that lives there. Guilt is an ego function and it is designed to hold us in the past. The shift from feeling guilty to guilt free is a simple shift of perception. It requires that we live in the moment - Now and let go of our need to review the past events and believe that those events have anything to do with the Now.
Heaven knows none of this and if we want to understand even a glimpse of it. We need to focus on what is happening right now, in this moment.
