This episode will finish up Chapter 12 and we will begin Chapter 13. It is important that we look within to find what we are. The book continually states that we need to find "what we are". It never says find "who you are". The difference is "what" suggests something we are made up of and "who" looks for individuality and the ego. Those two words alone explain the difference. Chapter 12 ends with the understanding that Christ resides in all of us. We need but look within to find him. Chapter 13 starts the journey to understanding how the past has such a hold on us through guilt. The ego tells us to look back and carry around those feelings of guilt for unresolved issues and past hurts. To understand we have no guilt and are not vulnerable to this world is the next step on this journey of discovery.\\xa0
