The countdown to Strange New Worlds officially begins, while we get closer to the Star Trek Picard finale! On this week\'s episode, we chat a little bit about some random Star Trek news, and what\'s in store for us over the course of the next month - including seeing The Motion Picture in theaters! Will Johnson stay awake? Only time will tell.

We then move onto "Mercy," which really starts to set things up for the end of Season 2 for Picard. Both Mike and Johnson feel this is a relatively strong outing, with some decent narrative momentum that\'s driving things forward. That being said, things are still sparse in the Q department - should we be doing so much guesswork at this point in the season? Mike predicts that that the Q storyline is going to spill over into Season 3, while Johnson is hoping that we leave all that behind ASAP.
