Lisa Renee's guest on this episode is Joan Marangoni. Joan is an art teacher, business owner, artist, muralist, and intuitive healer. She has taught for 24 years in public education with the last 17 teaching AP Drawing/Painting, Ceramics/Fibers, Jewelry/Glass and Art history at the high school level. She has a Masters in Art Education, BFA in Painting and Art certification K-12. Joan was accepted into an artists' residency this summer at the Cleveland Institute of Art for teachers. She was a 2012 attendee of the Power Of Art program held in Washington DC.
Joan opened Joan's Art Connect, LLC in 2017 to offer private lessons, paint parties and consignment work. She designed and painted an 8" x 24" community mural for Vandergrift, Pa in 2017 and is currently working on a 9" x 50" mural for Murphy's Music in Leechburg PA. She began professional intuitive work in 2018 as a psychic medium with a certification in angel readings and pet communication. She is a certified Usui/Tibetan Reiki Master and is enrolled for certification in a Holy Fire/III Karuna Reiki training this summer. She offers readings and healing sessions out of her studio, via zoom and at local mind, body and health fairs. She considers herself an enlightened empath and life long learner with an insatiable appetite to create with imagination in all areas of life.
