Time efficient training to optimize results

We are all slaves to time right? Time is one thing that is consistent and always by our side. With a life of limited time, how do we become efficient with it? How do manage school, business, family, our health, our happiness, and everything else in just a 24 hour period? I completely understand how life can get, but I also know how quickly it can be taken away. In a life of go go go, it's beyond crucial to take time to work on YOU! Work on your health, your mental health, your body image, your self love, ect.\xa0

It does not take 3 hours a day and eating like a rabbit to achieve an amazing physique. It doesn't take crazy sacrifices and a strict lifestyle to make all this happen. All you need is a will to make it happen and a vision to prioritize it to make it a lifestyle. The current lifestyle you're in right now is normal to you right? For example, the breakfast you had is normal. The beers after work is normal. The hanging out with the kids and eating pizza is normal. There is no difference in creating a fitness/nutrition habit that then turns into a lifestyle. It'll be just as normal as it is to brush your teeth.
